Mandated Reporter Training

Step 1 - Take the Mandated Reporter Training & Show Proof of Completion

  1. Volunteers supporting YES programs are required to take a Mandated Reporter Training.

  2. Go to the platform, enroll as an individual, and create an account to take the volunteer training.

  3. When you are done, email a screenshot showing your training completion to blanca@yesfamilies.org. You do not need to purchase the certificate.

Note that you cannot support YES programs until you have submitted this certificate.

Step 2 - Sign & Email the YES Statement of Mandated Reporter

  1. After completing the training, click the button below to download, read and sign the YES statement of Mandated Reporter.

  2. Email your signed YES Statement of Mandated Reporter to blanca@yesfamilies.org.
