Mandated Reporter Training

Step 1 - Take the Mandated Reporter Training & Show Proof of Completion

  1. Volunteers supporting YES programs are required to take a Mandated Reporter Training.

  2. Go to the platform, enroll as an individual, and create an account to take the volunteer training.

  3. When you are done, email a screenshot showing your training completion to blanca@yesfamilies.org. You do not need to purchase the certificate.

Note that you cannot support YES programs until you have submitted this certificate.

Step 2 - Sign & Email the YES Statement of Mandated Reporter

  1. After completing the training, click the button below to download, read and sign the YES statement of Mandated Reporter.

  2. Email your signed YES Statement of Mandated Reporter to blanca@yesfamilies.org.

Capacitación para Notificadores Obligatorios (Mandated Reporter Training)

Paso 1: Realice la capacitación para notificadores obligatorios y presente el comprobante de finalización

  1. Los voluntarios que colaboran con los programas de YES deben realizar la capacitación para notificadores obligatorios.

  2. Acceda a la plataforma, regístrese a título individual y cree una cuenta para realizar la capacitación para voluntarios.

  3. Una vez finalizada, envíe por correo electrónico una captura de pantalla que acredite la conclusión de la capacitación a blanca@yesfamilies.org. No es necesario que adquiera el certificado oficial.

Tenga en cuenta que no podrá colaborar con los programas de YES hasta que haya presentado este comprobante.

Paso 2: Firme y envíe por correo electrónico la Declaración de YES para notificadores obligatorios

  1. Tras completar la capacitación, haga clic en el botón que aparece a continuación para descargar, leer y firmar la Declaración de YES para notificadores obligatorios.

  2. Envíe su Declaración de YES para notificadores obligatorios firmada a blanca@yesfamilies.org.
