Maria Chan,
Operations & HR Manager
Maria Chan (she/her/hers), Operations & HR Manager, joined the YES team in April of 2018. She has an MA in Commercial Diplomacy, and is a certified professional with the Society of HR Management. She has lived and worked in several different continents prior to joining YES and now calls Richmond her home. She started her career as an Outdoor Educator and since then has weaved her way through the world of developing human potential via the myriad of roles she has played through her work and passion projects. When she’s not at YES, you can find Maria surfing, hiking or getting her hands dirty with clay on the pottery wheel.
