Our Pathways To Leadership
Youth
The Youth Leadership Pathway is a ten-year pathway from childhood through young adulthood. Pathway programs nurture youth to develop the skills and confidence to work toward a just society and a sustainable environment.
Adults
The Adult Leadership Pathway is a series of progressive programs which increase the leadership capacity of Richmond adults to improve community conditions.
Families
YES’s Family Camps are community retreats in the redwoods which cultivate connection to nature and healthy relationships. They are a platform for youth and adults to practice leadership amongst their families and community.
