Since 1999, Youth Enrichment Strategies, a nonprofit in Richmond, California, has enriched the lives of thousands of underserved youth, their caregivers and families by deepening relationships through experiences in nature.
Each year YES accomplishes its mission by sending hundreds of children ages 8 – 16 to week-long summer camps around the San Francisco Bay Area; by bringing entire families and school communities to Family Camps in the redwoods; and by offering PeaceTalk communication workshops to our Richmond community.

Richmond Riviera Regatta: On August 20-22, the Richmond Yacht Club will host its annual Regatta and celebration. The proceeds from the event will go directly to YES and other deserving Richmond charities. Their motto, "Give where you live" speaks to the members' commitment to supporting our work and to providing the opportunity for local children and families to get out into nature.
