Since 1999, YES has brought the magic and power of nature into the lives of thousands of youth and families, and supported hundreds of teens and adults to step forward as leaders in the outdoors and in their communities.
With the vital support of our donors, partners, and volunteers, and the essential guidance of our participant community, YES has grown and evolved over these 20 years. We now engage more than 500 participants annually with year-round programs for youth, adults, and whole families.
We spent 2019 looking back at 20 years of YES, and we invite you to explore these pages and reminisce with us. And, we invite you to be part of the next 20 years as we continue to nurture strong leaders, build trusting relationships with youth and families in nature, and work toward greater equity and inclusion in the outdoors.
